There is a deposit (ca. €5,000 to €7,500), plus 30 – 35% of the value of your new hire’s first annual salary. Contact us for more information.
We can look for candidates on your behalf as a passive partner, without deposit and on a contingency basis. However, with this option you won’t have a (re)placement guarantee.
